BAKED TOMATOES 
Cut slice from stem ends of 4 medium tomatoes Combine 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup melted butter, 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions, 1 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper. Top tomatoes with cheese crumb mixture; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan.
