PORK CHOP AND TOMATO BAKE 
1 can tomatoes
1/3 c. rice (Minute Rice)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil or parsley
2 tbsp. sugar
1 sm. onion
1/4 c. sliced celery
Dash of pepper

Combine all ingredients except pork chops and salt and pepper. Place in flat 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper and place on top of tomato rice combination. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove foil last half hour.
