BAKED CHICKEN WITH RICE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 pkg. onion soup mix
6 chicken breast halves
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. pepper

Spread rice evenly in bottom of 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 of onion soup mix. Place chicken on top of rice. Add remaining onion soup mix. Combine soup, water, and pepper. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
