PECAN FUDGE PIE | |
9" unbaked pastry shell 1 (4 oz.) pkg. sweet chocolate or 2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate 1/4 c. butter 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) 1/2 c. hot water 2 eggs, well beaten 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/8 tsp. salt 1 1/4 c. (or more) pecan halves or pieces Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium saucepan on low heat melt chocolate and butter. Stir in milk, hot water and eggs. Mix well. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour in shell. Bake 40-45 minutes. Cool. Chill 3 hours. Refrigerate leftovers. |
