MEAT SAUCE & SPAGHETTI 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 cans water
1 pt. stew tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. sugar
Spaghetti

Brown meat and drain well. Add water, onion and spices. Cook until onions are done. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer slowly until done. Cook desired amount of spaghetti. Drain. serve on plate with meat sauce on top of it. Garnish with parsley sprigs or grated Italian cheese.
