PECAN PRALINE PIE 
4 egg yolks, beaten
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans

Mix all ingredients and cook over low heat until thick. Spread into baked pie shell with dampened spatula. Makes 2 small pies.
