PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese (soften)
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. powdered sugar

Mix sugar, flour, soda, eggs, vanilla, pecans and pineapple. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake 45 minutes, 325 degree oven.

Mix icing ingredients together. Spread on cake while hot. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
