MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
3 to 4 jalapenos peppers, chopped fine
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. grated rat cheese
1/2 lb. ground meat, cooked or sausage, cooked
1/2 c. bacon drippings

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 9 x 9 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
