BARBECUED SALMON | |
2 lbs. salmon steaks, 1 1/2 inches thick 1/2 c. ketchup 1/4 c. salad oil 3 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. grated onion 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. paprika 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 3 drops Tabasco sauce Place fish in a single layer in a shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over fish; let stand 30 minutes, turning once. Remove fish, save sauce for basting. Place on a well greased grill about 4 inches from hot coals. Cook 10 to 12 minutes each side, basting occasionally. |
