LINGUINE WITH WHITE CLAM SAUCE 
1/4 c. pure olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1 1/2 c. clam juice
1/2 c. chopped parsley
2 c. minced clams (fresh or canned)
1 dozen fresh clams
1 lb. linguine or spaghetti

In frying pan brown garlic in oil for 1 minute over moderate heat. Add clam juice and bring to boil. Add parsley, salt, pepper, clams and heat through. Serve over linguine or spaghetti and garnish with fresh steamed whole clams in shell.
