POTATOES ROMANOFF 
5 green onions, chopped
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
5 lg. potatoes, cooked and cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Combine onions, cottage cheese, sour cream, potatoes, salt and pepper in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
