SPINACH ANDRETTI STYLE 
3 boxes of frozen chopped spinach (10 oz.)
3 heaping tbsp. plain bread crumbs
1/4 lb. butter
Salt
Pepper
Accent

Plac e spinach in a pot with a little water. Add salt, pepper and Accent. Boil until fully thawed. Then place in colander and drain.

In a large frying pan, melt butter. Then add bread crumbs. Fry until bread crumbs are browned, not burned. Now add the spinach. Mix well and fry on low heat until most of the water disappears. Serve warm as a side vegetables.
