BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 can mushroom soup
1 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips
1/2 c. sliced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water

In skillet, brown meat. Cook onion in butter till tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer 45 minutes or till tender. Stir now and then. Serve over hot cooked noodles. Serves 4.
