PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/2 - 2 lb. round steak
1 can tomato soup
1 sm. to med. green pepper
1 med. onion
1 med. lemon
Rice
Salt and pepper

Brown steak (cut into 1/2 inch pieces) in butter. Add soup and half can of water, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, salt and pepper.

Cut lemon in half. Squeeze juice from both halves. Mince up lemon rind of one half. Add minced lemon rind and juice to above ingredients. Let all simmer until meat is tender. Serve over rice.
