HONG - KONG PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. round steak, cut in 1-inch strips
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. bell pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms with juice

Brown steak in butter in skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 30 to 45 minutes, or until tender. Stir occasionally. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
