PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 
1 lb. butterscotch chocolate
12 oz. crunchy peanut butter
Melted chocolate

Brush chocolate onto bottoms and sides of tiny foil, ridged cups or into plastic molds designed for peanut butter cups. Place in freezer to harden for 5 minutes. Have filling ready.

Melt butterscotch chocolate over hot water and stir in peanut butter. Combine well. Re-coat cups or molds with more melted chocolate and return to freezer. After 5 minutes, using a small spoon, spoon filling into cups. Return to freezer to let set. Brush chocolate over tops, making sure to cover the edges. Return to freezer to harden. Remove from molds.
