PEANUT BUTTER PIE | |
1 1/4 cups sugar 2 cups crunchy peanut butter 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. low-fat cream cheese 2 tsps. vanilla 1 1/2 cups low-fat whipped topping 6 ozs. semi-sweet chocolate 7 Tbsps. hot coffee, brewed 2 chocolate graham pie crusts This recipe makes 2 pies. Cream peanut butter, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla in food processor. Add whipped topping, blend. Spoon onto crusts. Place in freezer uncovered until set, about 30-45 minutes. Melt chocolate with coffee in microwave. Spread on top of filling and place uncovered in freezer until set, about 15 minutes. |
