MANGO BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. lemon or lime juice
1 c. mango
2 c. flour
3 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream the sugar and butter. Add the beaten eggs. Then add juice and mango. Mix dry ingredients in another bowl, then add to creamed mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours.
