MANGOES MARAUDERS BEER BUTT
CHICKEN
 
1 or more whole chickens
1 can of beer for each chicken
Garlic salt

Wash, pat dry chicken. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt. Place each chicken atop one open can of beer - so can is upright in large cavity of bird. Place beer can and chicken upright on gas grill grate. Close lid of grill. Cook on low heat until chicken reaches internal temperature of 180°F (some beer will still be in can).
