RANGOON CHICKEN SALAD 
2 bunches spinach
1/2 c. scallions
1 1/2 c. diced chicken
2/3 c. raisins
2/3 c. peanuts
1 apple, lg. diced
1/2 c. wine vinegar
2/3 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. peach or mango chutney
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/4 c. brown sugar

Tear spinach leaves into bite sized pieces. Combine in salad bowl the spinach, scallions, chicken, raisins, peanuts and apples. Combine rest of ingredients in a jar, shake well and pour over salad.
