MEXICAN MANICOTTI 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. oregano
Suncooked manicotti shells
1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1 can refried beans
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese

Mix beef, beans and spices; blend well. Fill each shell with 1/4 cup mixture. Arrange shells in pan or microwave dish. Mix water and picante sauce; pour over manicotti. Bake until tender. Microwave 10 minutes; turn over and microwave 18-20 minutes more.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
