MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 tbsp. chili powder
8 oz. can tomato sauce
8 oz. can tomato paste
1/4 c. water
4 tortillas (flour)
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Lettuce and tomatoes

Crumble ground beef in 2 quart casserole. Microwave 6 to 8 minutes; drain. Mix in soup mix, chili powder, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and water. Microwave 5 minutes or until heated through. Place 2 tortillas in 12 x 7 inch baking dish. Top with half meat mixture and half both cheeses; repeat. Microwave for 5 minutes; rotate. Microwave 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
