MEXICAN DIP 
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 oz. med. salsa
About 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Mix sour cream and cream cheese into pie dish. Top with salsa. Then top with cheese. Bake in microwave about 3 minutes until cheese melts.

Best if made at least 6 hours prior to serving. Just reheat in microwave when ready to eat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
