PINEAPPLE AND CREAM CHEESE SALAD 
1 lg. cake Philadelphia cream cheese
1/8 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows (Kraft)

Mix Knox gelatin with 1/8 cup cold water (set back to thicken). Cream cream cheese, salad dressing, sugar and lemon juice. Add pineapple, then marshmallows.

Add 1/4 cup boiling water to the gelatin mix and add to the other ingredients. Last, fold in the whipped cream. Place in refrigerator to set. Do not freeze.

Optional: You may dot 1/2 maraschino cherries, ground nuts or both on top.
