BOSTON BROWN BREAD 
1 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. molasses
2 c. milk, sweet or sour
1 c. raisins

Mix dry ingredients; then add molasses, milk and raisins. Put in 3 greased cans. Cover with foil and place one rack in a large pan of boiling water and steam for 3 hours. 12-14 slices.
