PISTACHIO SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/3 c. Puritan oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. water
1 pkg. Jello pistachio pudding & pie filling
4 eggs

Mix dry ingredients and then blend in sour cream, oil, water and eggs. Mix for 2 minutes on high speed and pour in tube pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool 25-30 minutes. Turn upside down on cake plate.
