CHINESE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. almonds
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
Sweet and sour sauce

Mix all ingredients except sweet and sour sauce. Place on rack in microwave, cover with paper towel. Cook on high 5-7 minutes. Brown 6 minutes. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
