CHILI RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can Ortega chilies or 4 sm. cans
2 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp yellow cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. jack cheese
3 eggs
1 pt. sour cream

Remove seeds from chilies. In a buttered casserole, place a layer of chilies and then cheese. Make three layers of chilies and two of cheese. Beat eggs a little and add sour cream. Pour over chilies and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
