1 sm. cake mix, white or yellow Bake in 9x13 pan, according to box directions - or 1/2 regular size cake mix. Allow to cool. Top with 1 box regular or instant pudding prepared according to directions - LEMON. (Could use chocolate or butterscotch.) Spread on cake. Top with Cool Whip. Can be varied by blending whip and pudding for single topping. Serves 15. | |
