RAVING COCONUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
2 c. coconut
4 eggs
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 1/3 c. water
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together except nuts and coconut. Beat by hand until mixed well. Add nuts and coconut. Stir well with a spoon. Bake in greased and floured layer pans at 350 degrees until done.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. coconut
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

Brown coconut in butter. Drain on paper towels. Cream together remaining ingredients, add coconut. Blend well.
