1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 stick softened butter

Combine ingredients and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Blend ingredients well and spread on top of first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding mix, any flavor
3 c. cold milk

Mix pudding and milk and pour over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Remainder of 9 oz. Cool Whip
Nuts to garnish

Spread Cool Whip on top and garnish with nuts as desired.
