LAYER DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 cans chocolate pudding
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (10 oz.) frozen whipped topping

Mix flour, butter and nuts. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees; cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup topping. Spread over crust.
