1 box strawberry cake mix
1 egg
2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Mix well. Sift powdered sugar in a bowl. Put a spoonful on mixture in sugar and roll flat. Put on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. (If baked more than 10 minutes, cookies will be hard.)
