STRAWBERRY COOKIES 
2 1/2 pkgs. strawberry gelatin (use 2 in cookies and 1/2 for rolling) 1 lb.
grated coconut
1/4 lb. ground blanched almonds
15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond flavor

Mix well. Chill for 1 or 2 hours. Then shape into strawberries and roll in dry gelatin. Top with green powdered sugar frosting leaves or buy plastic leaves.
