STRAWBERRY COOKIE 
3/4 lb. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
Strawberry jam
2 egg yolks
3 1/4 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar until soft. Add egg yolks. Add flour gradually. Form into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Make a depression with thumb and fill each with strawberry jam. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
