CHEESY MASH POTATOES 
6 to 8 potatoes
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
1/2 to 1 stick butter
1 egg
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Parsley flakes to taste

Peel and cook potatoes. Mash potatoes. Add milk, butter, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, parsley flakes. After potatoes are mashed, add Mozzarella cheese. Fold into potatoes. Put potatoes into greased baking dish, dot top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for at least 20 minutes until surface is brown, no more than 30 minutes.
