CHEESECAKE SUPREME 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar

Mix and press into 10 inch springform pan (sprayed with Pam.).

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
5 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. heavy cream (whipping cream)
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cheese until creamy and fluffy. Mix flour and sugar (1 3/4 cup) and gradually blend into cheese until smooth. Add eggs and egg yolks, one at a time. Beat well. Stir in whipping cream; pour into crust. Bake 10 minutes at 500 degrees. Reduce heat to 200 degrees and bake 1 hour. Mix sour cream, 3 1/2 teaspoons sugar and vanilla. Spread gently on cake and bake for 10 minutes. Refrigerate until cold (8 hours). You can top with strawberries, cherries or blueberries.
