3 well beaten eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. sugar
1 qt. dairy sour cream
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

9 inch spring pan, sprayed with Pam.

Combine eggs, cheese, sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth. Blend in sour cream. When all mixed pour into shell.

For shell mix together crumbs, butter and nuts. Pack into and around sides of spring pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. When finished baking, cool before removing spring from pan. Refrigerate cake.
