BAKED CHICKEN IN SAVORY SAUCE 
7 whole chicken breasts, boned and cut into pieces
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. wine
4 tomatoes, peeled and quartered
Sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onion

Or 2 1/2 cups water.

Dredge chicken pieces in 1/2 cup flour and seasonings. Melt butter in casserole. Place chicken in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes (until tender).

Combine water, wine and bouillon cubes. Make a creamed sauce with first 5 ingredients (not too thick). Take chicken from oven, stir. Mix chicken, sauce, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
