VEGETABLE AND HAM SOUP 
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 med. onion, coarsely chopped
10 oz. low salt ham, diced
2 tsp. Mrs. Dash (original blend)
1 lg. potato, peeled and diced
2 1/2 tbsp. no salt added chicken bouillon
Pepper to taste

Melt butter in Dutch oven over medium heat. Add onions, saute until tender. Add remaining ingredients - add 5 cups water. Bring to boil on medium heat. Cook, uncovered for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Garnish with carrot curls and fresh chives. Yield: 6-8 servings. Calories 157 - fat 6 g - sodium 334 g - cholesterol 18 mg.
