HAMBURGER GOO 
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 c. celery, cut fine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. catsup or chili sauce
2 tbsp. flour

Can also add some canned tomatoes. Brown hamburger, pour off excess fat. Add celery, onions, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and catsup. Sprinkle on the flour. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve on buns. Note: Celery and onions can be browned with the hamburger.
