1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. With a tablespoon scoop out the dough and roll into balls. Add additional sugar for rolling the balls. Put the balls on baking sheet one inch apart and bake them at 350°F. When cookies are more than half done add in the center Hershey's Kisses.
