1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. creamy peanut butter
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. flour, all-purpose
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 (10 oz.) bags Hershey Kisses

Cream sugars, butter and peanut butter. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Sift together flour, salt and soda. Stir egg mixture in and mix well. Shape into balls and roll in sugar and bake at 370 degrees for 10-12 minutes. After the cookies have baked, immediately press candy kisses on top.
