POTATO SALAD 
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion
1 tsp. celery seed
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. sweet pickle juice
1 tbsp. vinegar
Salt & pepper

Cook potatoes in boiling water about 10 minutes, just until tender and not mushy. Drain. While potatoes are hot combine all other ingredients, blend until smooth. Add to hot potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill.
