BROWNIES 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. Crisco shortening
Pinch of salt
4 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. flour

Cream first four ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. These can be iced. 36 servings.

CHOCOLATE ICING FOR BROWNIES:

1 pkg. powdered sugar
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 stick butter, melted

Add enough evaporated milk to mixture for spreading consistency. Spread over hot brownies and cut into 36 brownies.
