CHICKEN ALA NANCY 
1 med. onion
2 lb. boneless chicken
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. fresh mushrooms
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. white wine
1 tsp. salt & pepper
1 stick butter

Chop onion in wedges. Saute and set aside. Cut chicken into strips and saute until cooked. Add wine, sugar, salt, lemon juice, onions and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes on low heat.

In small saucepan, melt stick of butter. Add flour until thickened. Cut mushrooms in half and add to chicken along with butter and flour mixture. Stir and simmer 15 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
