CHICKEN "ALA" ORANGE 
1 (3 lb.) fryer chicken
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. shortening
1 tbsp. molasses
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2-1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. green pepper, chopped

Wash and dry chicken. Season with salt, pepper and flour. Heat shortening and brown chicken. Remove chicken and add remaining ingredients. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken in casserole. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes.

Can be frozen before baking and saved for later. The sauce is wonderful served over rice.

I use 4-6 chicken breasts and double the sauce recipe.
