3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil

Mix lemon juice with salt, pepper, sugar, and dry mustard. Then pour in slowly 1 teaspoon oil at a time, beating with electric mixer. For a sweeter dressing, add 2 tablespoons honey.
