2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. ripe olives, sliced
1 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. pimento
1 can French-fried onion rings

Dressing:

1 c. mayonaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Mix first 4 ingredients, then mix dressing together and combine with chicken. Let chill.
