BANANA SPLIT CRUMB CAKE 
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. softened butter
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 lg. bananas
1 (20 oz.) can of crushed pineapple (drained)
1 lg. container whipped topping
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. cherries or strawberries

Mix together graham cracker crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Reserve 1/4 cup of the mixture. Press remaining mixture in bottom of oblong sheet cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Spread over cracker crumbs. Slice bananas over the mixture. Spread pineapple over bananas. Cover with whipped topping, pecans, cherries or strawberries, and the remaining mixture. Then chill.
